We had some remodeling done and decided to get all new flooring (carpet, tile and hardwood). Our contractor recommended Leon Country Floors. It was a great experience! Kallie in sales was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable and patient with us as we went through all of the available options. ALL of the installers: Wes, Tyler and Chase for the carpeting and hardwood as well as Rob and Kyle on the tile, were professional, tidy, and did an excellent job on installation. I can't believe Leon Country Floors made such a difference in our kitchen, laundry and bath. Keegan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly during the whole process. We just had our upstairs flooring completely redone. We started out with a wonderful salesman named Kirk. He always treats us with kindness, and very helpful. Our experience in the store was amazing We even ended up getting new rugs for the living room . Then came the installation of the flooring. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Chad was. He did an outstanding job throughout the whole house. He fixed areas that have been a problem in our home for years. Very very professional. My upstairs looks like a brand new house. I was absolutely stunned by his ability to make my flooring look so wonderful. I absolutely cannot explain how wonderful my experience was and how happy I am. I had the entire main level flooring of my home replaced. Christy, the salesperson, and the owner took time to thoroughly address all the questions and concerns I had before I signed the contract. The project was begun exactly when they said it would start and ended on the day they said it would be done. Like most old houses, my house is no longer square; it has shifted and buckled over the years. You'd never know it by looking at the floor. Kevin, the installer, did an incredible job. Owners that will work their hineys off to meet your needs in a timely manner, even sacrificing saturdays with their growing families to get product to meet customer convenience.
